Christine Strehl, Managing Attorney
Christine Strehl was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2004. She earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio University, graduating summa cum laude with a double major, and was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society in recognition of her academic excellence.
She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2004. Following law school, Christine gained broad legal experience practicing in the areas of domestic relations, bankruptcy, personal injury, and business representation.
In 2008, she joined Bradley Frick and Associates, where she found her passion in domestic relations law and has since dedicated her practice to this area. Christine is an active member of both the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
In 2023, she assumed leadership of the firm, becoming its managing partner. In this role, she continues to guide the firm with a commitment to excellence and a client-centered approach, while mentoring new attorneys and shaping the future of the practice.

Bradley Frick, Founding Attorney
Brad is a graduate of The Ohio State University and received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School. He has been practicing law in Columbus since 1978, concentrating on family law, sports law, general civil litigation, legal ethics, and broadcaster representation. He is a member of several law associations including the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, and the Central Ohio Attorneys for Justice. Brad is very involved in the domestic law areas of these associations and has been chair of the Judicial Screening Committee and the Family Law Committee of the Columbus Bar Association. He also has served several times on the Ethics Committee of the Columbus Bar Association.
Brad is the former Chairman of the Board for the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO), and is a member of the Upper Arlington Rotary. He formerly served on the City of Columbus’ Vehicle for Hire Board, the Short North Neighborhood Foundation, the Upper Arlington Board of Health, Citizens for Smoke Free Columbus and the Greater Columbus Tennis Association, as well as several other community based associations.
With his expertise in family law and ethics, Brad has been a speaker for many organizations including the Ohio Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Legal Center Institute, the Columbus Bar Association’s Real Property Institute, Franklin County Trial Lawyers, and Capital University Law School’s Sports Law Class, among others. He also taught American Politics, Government & Law at Upper Arlington High School for six years.

Erin Garvey Lee, Associate
Erin Garvey Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Denison University in 2010 and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2013. Since beginning her legal career in 2014, Erin has exclusively practiced family law. She has extensive experience with a wide range of family law matters, including divorces, dissolutions, business and income valuations, high-asset property division, custody disputes, and support disputes. Whether in the courtroom or at the negotiation table, Erin brings honesty, knowledge, and diligence to every case.
In recognition of her professional excellence, Erin was named to the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list for 2021 and 2025. She is also a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. She loves children and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Christ Church Preschool & Childcare in the Dayton area.
Outside of her legal practice, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and English Spring Spaniel, Daisy.

Victoria Bettendorf, Associate
Victoria Bettendorf graduated from Capital Law School in May 2024. Before pursuing a career in law, Victoria earned a business marketing degree from The Ohio State University. While studying at Capital Law, Victoria was a student ambassador, member of the mock trial team and was a judicial clerk for the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. In Victoria's free time she enjoys walking her dog Naomi and traveling.

Joan has been an essential part of the office team since 2018, bringing with her decades of experience, dedication, and a deep understanding of the legal field. Her connection to the firm runs even deeper—she has worked alongside Brad since 1981, becoming not just a trusted colleague, but a cornerstone of the practice's history and culture.

Whether she’s guiding clients through the process with a reassuring voice or making sure the office runs like a well-oiled machine, Joan’s presence is felt in every corner of the firm. Her commitment to keeping things organized and efficient is unmatched, and her attention to detail helps ensure that the team can focus on what matters most—serving clients with excellence and care.

Natalie Caporal, Legal Assistant
Natalie is a proud Northern Kentucky native who graduated from Newport Central Catholic High School. She recently completed her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice at Northern Kentucky University, where she also minored in theater design. During her college years, she was an active member of the Phi Mu sorority.
Natalie’s journey as a legal assistant began in Northern Kentucky, and she’s now settled in the Columbus area, where she’s excited to work with Strehl Frick and Associates. It was in school that she really discovered her passion for law and found a meaningful way to help those in need of honest and reliable legal advice. When she’s not busy at work, Natalie loves getting crafty and spending quality time with her dog, Dani, and her cat, Pumpkin.
